Overall good value for money.. Could provide wifi in d rooms n not jus in d lobby Parking of $8 could be free for hotel residents Breakfast very basic but was free No tea/coffee maker in rooms Microwave was provided for extended stay Housekeeping staff not verywell versed with english but helpful No great view rooms

This hotel is fairly priced for what it offers. The staff was friendly and we parked our car in their garage for the extra few dollars. There is plenty to do and places to eat within walking distance.

Two elevators were out of order and also doors to the stairs were closed. This sitauation meant that all guest had to use only one elevator.

Price was good (85/night for new years eve) and location was also good, one block from Sunset Mall and US1. However, first assigned room had brand new pergo floor but dust was everywhere, second room had very old and wripped carpet. Service desk was not very friendly. Resaturant on site had been closed for years, pool was nice. Never woke up on time to check breakfast.

We chose this hotel because it was in close proximity to where I would have surgery. The shuttle service was very convenient; we were picked up from the airport (MIA). They had no room service; we had to pick up wash rags from the front desk one night, as none was left in our room. In fact, they kept forgetting the rags. The rooms were equiped with a microwave & refrigerator but we had to place the microwave on the floor in order to plug it in! If you need basic accomodation at a reasonable price, try Best Miami.

We had a problem with very noisy neighbors at night. I spoke with the front desk and they took care of it right away. This was great, and unexpected. Thank You! It would help if the breakfast staff spoke English. I wanted regular sugar for my coffee not sweet-n-lo.

Good honest prices for a hotel which is clean and spacious but not up to the minute with decor or facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The hotel shuttle was a little unreliable (timewise) but the drivers were very nice. I do think the hotel air conditioning system could use a thorough cleaning (it smelt very musty) but opening the windows for a couple of hours fixed that and overall the place was fine for the price.
