"Two elevators were out of order and also doors to the stairs were closed. This sitauation meant that all guest had to use only one elevator. " - Anonymous
"Didn't hold reservation and front desk attendant was not very friendly. Other minor gripes include the non-heated pool and the parking garage charge. The location is close to the Dadeland and Sunset Place mall, good locations for shopping." - Anonymous
"Price was good (85/night for new years eve) and location was also good, one block from Sunset Mall and US1. However, first assigned room had brand new pergo floor but dust was everywhere, second room had very old and wripped carpet. Service desk was not very friendly. Resaturant on site had been closed for years, pool was nice. Never woke up on time to check breakfast." - Anonymous
