Service impeccable, heater on for late check in, everything you could want
Staff were friendly and helpful. Meal in the restaurant was a very home cook meal away from home.The price was also very reasonable.
The only negative commment I have to make is that I was expecting free internet access available in the room. The service was available for a $10 fee paid to reception. The standard of the room far outweighed the stardard at the Grand Chanclor and for a much better price.

The proprietor was very helpful for me to find the motel. The address is shown on some documents as Launceston but is actually in Kings Meadows as I discovered when I entered the information in my GPS navigator
Hostess very helpful when we discovered 9.30pm our friends had a flight time and taxi problem. Found the gravelly seal in the yard very noisy whether walking or movement by car.
Restaurant was very good. Steps inside the unit could be a problem for some people. Liked the shower box, enclosed little room.
