"We were kept awake until 3am by noisy neighbours who were outside their unit smoking and drinking and talking loudly. No one on site to complain to and when told the next morning said others also had complained. They said it was because it was the night after a football game and not usually noisy however if they anticipated noise felt someone definitely should have been around to check. We had ordered breakfast and felt as a goodwill gesture they could have not charged but

"The only negative commment I have to make is that I was expecting free internet access available in the room. The service was available for a $10 fee paid to reception. The standard of the room far outweighed the stardard at the Grand Chanclor and for a much better price." - Anonymous
