"Fine for a general standard Motel. After hours check in and out were very convenient and the staff member was pleasant. The room was clean but very well used. Every thing worked especially the air con. Unfortunately it is on a mian road with large trucks changing gear outside form early morning. There is no sound proofing. Other rooms may be better. Hotel description:    The Hacienda Motel is conveniently located near the Brisbane Airport, city cat, bus and train services, Brisbane city and Southbank parklands and Boondall Entertainment centre.
Racecourse Road is also within easy walking and is a village style street with retail shopping, banks, restaurants and cafes, hairdressers, and commercial offices.
Brisbane city is only 5 km away and easily accessed by taxi, bus, train or water taxi. Rate is for single/double, 1 or 2 people for 1 bed. An extra single bed is available if required at an extra charge of $15 per bed.

Getting there: Leave the M1 just north of the Gateway Bridge and it turns on to the Kingsford Smith Drive and head towards the city about three blocks and the Hacienda is on The right a three story white Spanish motel
Check-in Procedure: Check in from 12noon. Please advise if check is after 9:30pm.
Car parking: There is free and ample car parking on the property. Guests can leave their car for no extra charge if they stay and fly out for a holiday. There is a 4 week time limit.
Child Policy: We do not charge for children under three as long as they use the existing beds. A cot is available for $7. Extra person is $15.00 per person/bed.
