Our recent stay at Best Western was very pleasant. Comfortable rooms with good service. We particularly liked that we could leave our car and use the free hotel bus to the airport. We will stay here in future. We realy appreciated the friendly staff with a wake up call each morning.
Nice place to stay overnight whilst waiting for the next days travel. Room is comfortable and well set out. restaurant seemed a little expensive so we ate at a cafe down the road. I will stay here again next time I fly out of melbourne

This motel is in a great location- the room was spacious and clean with quality fittings and appliances. The bed was extremely comfortable and the food in the restaurant was superb. Staff were friendly and efficient.

We stayed in a much nicer room this time....in the newer section.It was a bit of a walk to get the courtesy shuttle to the airport esecially for older people.
Excellent stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant. No hassles with shuttle to and form the airport. Room clean. Good price. Dont need much else form a one-night stay.
City centre budget hotel. Location excellent. Exceptionally good French restaurant next door.
Nice quiet spot, a short shuttle bus ride from the airport. Served our purpose very well.
I used this motel for an overnight stop over while travelling interstate. It was ideal for this use as they have a courtesy bus that picks you up from the airport and returns you as required. The rooms are adequate although older and slightly dated, but the shower was hot and the staff friendly. There are shops nearby if required.
The wing I was in was being refurbished and workmen had left cornices protuding onto my doorway; a bit dangerous as I arrived at night. However, I was given a spa room; the room was large and comfortable; the included breakfast was good (although would be cheaper to go to a local cafe).
Not as close to airport as advertised - does not have 24 hour food available and I felt rather as if I was an inconvenience to them! However the bed was comfortable I did get some food eventually and it wasnt that bad. Was concerned they needed a credit card even though it was prepaid but they did not abuse the card so I guess it was OK. Would not recommend staying for a long time very basic
This Motel is in a very good position in terms of access to airport however the rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. There was no shower curtain which was good, screens are much more hygenic
Rooms are a little "tired" but noted that updating is currently in progress. Very convenient location to Melbourne Int Airport. The hotel restaurant was vey good.
We often stay here before going on an airtrip. We find it quite convenient.
Given the price range, this was a surprisingly old unit with an amazingly noisy refrigerator. Also its design, with a concrete footpath immediately outside the unit door, is not suitable for an airport facility as it is very noisy.
