Getting there:Driving: From Albany Highway head straight towards the city centre and down York Street towards the harbour. Turn left at Stirling Terrace and left again onto Spencer Street. We are on the corner of Frederick & Spencer Streets.
Check-in Procedure:A valid credit card is required upon check in. Otherwise, key deposit equivalent to 1 night's accomodation is required. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival date a 1 night booking fee will apply.
Car parking:Free parking in motel compound.
Child Policy:Children from 0 - 10 years will be charged $12 per night. Cot if required is provided FOC. Extra person will be charged $18 per night.
The service was excellent - friendly and helpful. The family room was comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night but the location was centrally located to all attractions and close to eateries for evening meals. Also have restaurant available but we didn't try.
Good location in the centre of Albany but roads outside can be noisy. No restaurant facilities but room service available for breakfast. Everything worked but quite pricy for what it is. Staff friendly and helpful.

Overall this motel was very good, service was friendly and the nbreakfast was hot and I might add good value. I have had the occassion to frequent Albany a number of times over the last couple of years but have stayed overnight elsewhere. I intend to go to this motel in future. Good value for the price. Very pleasant and professional reception. Motel unit basic but clean and matched description on net. Location was excellent.Within very easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants, boutique brewery and information centre.
Paid a lot for a room with no views.
Spacious room. Great location. Free at the door parking. Breakfast is excellent value for money.
Walking distance to all town facilities. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with extra tasks, early check in and late check out where availability allowed. Would recommend this Motel and will be staying again.
Although hotel was very clean, room was not serviced daily as advertised. Instruction regards how to obtain clean towels were not clear.
Cleaning service was very good, the shower/bathroom could be updated, mirror had scratch marks over it. Did not use any of the other facilities the motel had, very well centrally located in Albany.
Clean, friendly place that I will definateely stay at again when next in Albany.
