A good bed to crush on, an average motel bathroom, a limited internet connection... that's about it. If that what you need, it is ok. if you want something more, you might be disappointed.
We had an excellent stay. The only difficulty we experienced was with finding parking mainly due to a coach taking up several spaces.

It was fine. Nice and clean functional. The room was small but we only wanted somewhere to crash for 2 nights so it was fine. Mt Alexander Road is a little noisy and the coming and goings of other guests can be too and the rooms are not at all sound proof so if you are very noise sensitive this may not be suitable, but it wasn't bad and we slept fine. Cooked breakfast was pretty good although the juice was just in a bottle same as you get at 7-11, but otherwise it was good. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
We booked in as a family with young children, and were not very impressed tha a packet of condoms were left in the bathroom drawer. Cleanliness was not the best.
Very basic, clean comfortable motel. Great bed. Slightly small, but ok if only sleeping and sightseeing. Very friendly staff.
Was good value but our unit was near the front of the units and we had quite a bit of street noise form passer bys in the early morning
This is my lowest rating yet for a Best Western Motel. I have had better for the price. Outside building lights stayed on all night and made sleep difficult. I was misdirected when asking for directions to the local club. I did like the beds, and the free internet facilities in the foyer.
It was in a convienient location for this stay.
As a family of four we booked connecting rooms - it was great - two TVs, fridges and showering. It definitely made for less arguments and quicker getaways. Thanks again.
Although the room had a non-smoking sticker on it the room still smelt like cigarette smoke, the manager gave us a spray to get rid of the smell but it didn't work.The smell was in the carpet and bedding. Also the room had double bunks which wasn't stated when we booked the room as I wouldn't have chosen that type of sleeping arrangements. The bunks would not pass Aistralian Safety Standards as the top bunk had NO rail at all. They squeaked and rattled the whole night.

Was a clean and functional motel to stay in. The convenient location on the tram network was really appreciated.
