"This hotel was a real favourite with us, will definitely stay again. We were upgraded to the Queen Mary Room, what a treat. Great location, beautiful surroundings. For people with limited mobility though, there was only a chairlift." - Anonymous

"Hotel is a little hard to find. The room was recently refurbished and had a very modern bathroom. The only (slight) problem is no lift and if you are on the top flight it is a lot of steps with heavy bags." - Stephen Moad

"Good looking building but the maintanance on the rooms was not up to scratch (milldew on wall paper and ratteling windows letting the wind in and the heating not left on after 10pm and not back on until 8am) and we were not informed of the restricted menu on reserving a table and due to location were stuck to a grill menu to which the chef was unable to make a basic pepper sauce or the waitress was full of it and did not care about the customers needs.
