Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Perfect location, 5min walk to underground @ earls court. Room was tidied everyday, nice quiet location and rear courtyard. Rooms a little small but doubt anyone spends much time in their rooms. Good restaraunts around the area to for cheap eats and a laundrette.
Very close to Earls Cort Tube Station though in quiet side street. Small room, tiny bathroom but clean and comfortable.
Perfectly adequate for one night. Nice quite room. Reception was efficient for both check in and check out. I would use this hotel again and recommend it to friends.
Excellent location. Room exceptionally small and nowhere to put 2 cases. There was a "Trouser Press" which was not necessary, but was there anyway. The Reception staff were not English and extremely hard to speak with. Breakfast was good apart from the only fruit for our cereal being grapefruit. It would have been nice to have had some peaches/apricots etc. However, it was a great location in a very good part of Longon - also extremely close to the shops and railway station.
Very friendly.
Overall a good experience. Great location close to the Earl's Court tube station. We had a quiet comfortable room - small as usual for London but larger than I have had in the past. Could use some renovation/upgrading soon. Good breakfast.
Good value for money at the rates which [website] offer. But there is no way it is worth the rates they offer you directly (£165 for a twin room - gasp). Good location just off Earls Court Road, 2 mins walk from Tube station. Nice area, good value basic hotel.
Good location, just around the corner from Earls Crt tube station which has wheelchair access. Hotel clean and the bedroom, although somewhat small, was comfortable and warm. We stayed at the hotel during the coldest spell the UK has experienced in around 20 years. Although our room was warm the same could not be said of the bar area which was too cold to be comfortable but the service was good. Will definitely stay here again.
I stayed two nights and had an average of three hours sleep per night. The pillows need to be replaced and they could invest in some duvet/doonas that actually cover the person in the bed. Listening to the lift creak when ever someone came to the 4th floor was the icing on the cake. I had breakfast one morning but found it looked less than appetising...some kind of odd looking meat, tasteless cheese, prunes and sloppy pears (?). It's in a great location.
Ok hotel, clean and with free breakfast. Bar. Rooms smaller than usual. Good value. Nice hotel for groups. Very good location.
A very nice typical London townhouse hotel in a nice area with many small restaurants and cloose to tubestation.
Excellent location, Good breakfast, Pleasant staff
Excellent location near key transport links for city & Heathrow airport. Good breakfast facilities.
Great location. Nice, clean, smallish rooms. Only complaint is we could not open our window more than an inch, so the room was very warm, especially at night. After suffering through for 2 nights reception was more than happy to give us a fan when we complained.
Ok The Burns Hotel isn't the most plush hotel in London, but when you weigh up the competition at in this price band then I'd definately recommend. The rooms are clean, and adequate, the location is excellent and surrounding area really pleasant. I will definately stay again.
Very nice and clean hotel. Very close to the Earl's court tube.A problem with the reservation was immediately and efficiently solved. Very nice stay.
Although the room was fairly basic, everything appeared clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free wifi was excellent. The continental breakfast included in the price was really good and, again, the staff were very friendly. The location was fantastic as the hotel was literally a couple of minutes from the underground. Overall, good value for money and a good choice if you're after a good base for your trip and you don't mind a basic room.
Very nice and helpful service in the reception.
Perfect for a one night business stop over in London. Would also be good for longer stays as well. Easily placed for transport connections. Smallish room (had booked single) but felt spacious and was to high standards of cleanliness making the stay all that more comfortable.
Most important, a very comfortable bed. Clean rooms with space. The reception staff were excellent although some of the breakfast staff were not as helpful as you would expect. Yes i would go again
