"This hotel was a disappointment. I got a standard room when I had requested a superior room. I asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking room instead. The safe in my room did not work and they never fixed it. The bathroom was not cleaned every day. They bungled the bill on check-out in a major way -- included breakfasts I had not had, and forgot to credit the deposit I paid through Hotel Club. I would not go back." - Anonymous
