"I had a top floor room. The toilet was awkwardly placed under the angle ceiling and the shower had no curtain. Room needs more lights for reading. But overall good hotel and excellent location. Restaurant was very good." - Steven Williams
"We recently enjoyed 2 nights here and wish we had stayed longer, everything is within walking distance, the hotel is very comfortable and rooms and bathrooms large for french hotels. Breakfast is in a large dining room and fresh croissants are brought in and food replenished quickly, and there is a good selection to eat. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit. " - Nina Morgan
"The location near the center of Bayeux makes it easy to get around town. It is on a quiet street a block off the main east-west shopping street. Finding the hotel would have been easy if we had followed directions. Everybody knew where the hotel was so when we asked we got there straight away. We came by car from Paris and spent time touring the WW2 battlefields. Bayeux is a good central location for that as well. Secure parking off the street in the courtyard. " - Walker Kelly
"Never Again!!! The hotel was clean and well located, but the service was the worst we have experienced in 6 months of travelling. There was no receptionist, so any questions had to be directed to the sister hotel around ther corner - not very practical when it is raining. When we checked in we were told where breakfast was served and what time. We were not told that it 10 Euros per person and assumed it was included in our room rate. There was no one to ask as there was no receptionist. When we checked out (at the sister hotel around the corner) they charged us 10 Euros per person and did not believe us that we were not told that breakfast was extra. It was obviously a complaint they received all the time and the receptionist was just rude. Why didnīt the gentleman who checked us in give us all the information at the time. We considered this dishonest. To top it off breakfast was very ordinary - a cold cup of coffee and some pastries. We will never stay there again. " - Guy Bowden
