the warmest satf I,ve ever met....chapeau for a wonder hotel
very good service great room easy access to location and very well priced
Nice, clean hotel. Not very big rooms - but ok! Very friendly staff in reception and restaurant.
We really enjoyed our stay the location was great - loved the lift!!
We had a good experience staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were of modest size, the elevator and hallways were small (typical of London hotels) but the place is clean. Hotel is located in a very peaceful and nice area. We will definitely stay again in this hotel.
We chose this hotel based on the many favourable reviews we read, and because it is literally within walking distance of Paddington Station. It is very easy to reach on foot if your luggage has wheels, we took the train direct from Heathrow. The Delmere is good value for money. Very friendly staff, good service and excellent breakfast. The room was small, but I believe this is normal for London hotels in this price range. We did have a problem though, with our room being on the street front. It was extremely hot in our room. The duty manager went to great lengths to relocate us to a cooler room, although this did cost us more. I would reccommend the Delmere.
Great access to Heathrow from nearby Paddington Station, best value hotel of its kind I've tried in this area.
Compact but very clean and well appointed.
Highly recommended and great value for money. Certainly and very likely to stay again when back in town. Could be my regular place to stay in London.
Enjoyed our stay very much. Room attractively decorated with comfortable beds. Bathroom also well refurbished. Breakfast good. Location good. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Would use this hotel again.
