Situated on the New England Hwy approx. 2hrs north of Sydney and 1hr from Nelson Bay. Leave the F1 freeway, turn left onto the New England Hwy and drive 5km towards Maitland. The motel is on your left.

We only stay for a night, nothing special. Only one thing need to be concern about is the heater in the room did not work. But overall everything is ok.
