Best Western Esperia Palace Hotel Athens

"The location is very good, central. The staff are doing a good work and are very helpful. The food is excellent. However, there are two items that should be corrected/changed. Thr first is the cleanliness of the basin at the bathroom. It does not look clean, though it is clean, as there are stainsm that can be remoced with a plastic brush. A real briush would do a better job. The second is the connection to the internet. The wirelss connection at the lobby, and the businedd centre are not enough. I propose to have either a wireless connection at the room or cable connection to the phone, and not only to the TV, and have it priced as the wirelss at the lobby. The connection via the TV is very expensive, and no way to get a 24 hours connection. " - Anonymous

"The hotel as a whole is way below par of a four star hotels. I had stayed in a three star Best Western Hotel in Geneva 5 days before and the hotel, facilities and service were far better than Best Western Esperia Placa. I found the the front desk staff to be arrogant and totaly unhelpful with everything. However, I must commend the cleaning staff as they were VERY friendly and extremely helpful." - Valto Panto

"Hotel rooms are very worn, bathrooms need some serious upgrading! Beds and pillows were the hardest things I have ever slept on, I think the marble floors in the atrium were probably softer!!! Excellent location." - Sarah Jane Parnell
