"The eletronic keys on the door did not work I constantely had to go down to ception to get the key recharged. The staff were not very helpful about this. In the room a packet of chrisps and nuts were left out on the dressing table there was no note about same so I presumed they were complimentary but when I checked out I had to pay for them. I complained that this was mis leading as when I stay in any other hotel anything left out is free. The receptonist did not agree and insisted in charging. I found the staff disintrested and unhelpful. This was my second visit to this hotel but I will not stay there again. " - Patricia Molloy

"We chose this hotel for its convenience to Ryanair Bus Terminus at Porte Maillot. The situation was excellent as we could walk to hotel from bus drop off point. Metros and bus stop also convenient for sightseeing.
Room small - attractive, warm and very clean, with TV. Soundproofing could be better. Staff polite and helpful. Price good.
