"Hotel was very nice. Only few things I didnt like too much - towels smelled stronly bleach and in the basement, we could smell the smoke from the cigarettes. Otherwise it was very nice experience." - Anonymous
"A very pleasant stay in this city centre hotel which is close to all attractions, particularly the King's Theatre.
There's no restaurant onsite, but plenty to choose from nearby.
Would def stay here again..." - Mairi Paton
"Nice hotel near Sauchiehall. No lift, so be prepared for some extra excercise :-)
Overall we were satisfied with our stay, but there was a couple of minor issues, like the internet not working (wifi with strong signal, but no internet access!?) for the entire stay. The included breakfast was really at a minimum.
However, very nice staff and we would have no problems staying there again!" - Anonymous
"The service was friendly and welcoming. The size of the room was massive, which was excellent.
Our toilet didn't flush very well so we usually used the communal downstairs toilet off the reception hall. The breakfast facilities were below average. We asked 3 times for twin beds, once via email and twice in person. We were told we could have them but it never happened.
The instant coffee machine was very good, and the hotel is a very short walk to the bars and restaurants." - Daniel Robinson
