At roundabout take 2nd exit prior to M606 (signposted Oakenshaw and Low Moor) with golf course on left. Follow road for approx 2 miles. After passing petrol station-take 2nd turning left (Common Road) - The BEST WESTERN Guide Post is 200 metres on the right hand side. From M62 East Exit J26-at roundabout take 5th exit (signposted Oakenshaw & Low Moor) with golf course on left. Follow road for approx 2 miles. After passing petrol station-take 2nd turning left (Common Road)-The BEST WESTERN Guide Post is 200 metres on the right hand side. From Bradford Follow signs for M606. At M606 roundabout take 3rd exit (Little Chef on right). At next roundabout take 1st exit (Cleckheaton Road). Follow road for approx 1/2 mile-turn right at bollard onto Common Road-The BEST WESTERN Guide Post is 200 metres on the right hand side.

The majority of our rooms are now non smoking. Requests for smoking rooms can not be guaranteed. Please request access to refregirator at reception.
The room was much smaller than expected. The staff were very nice and friendly. We chose this particular hotel as it was near to an attraction that we wanted to visit. I would say its not that much better than a [other hotel] in room size but There is a restaurant within the building but sometimes closed due to other functions etc.
Nice hotel, Would stay again. Breakfast is small but sufficient
