A hotel perfectly situated within easy reach of the town's attractions. Our room was compact but comfortable enough. The reception desk was extremely helpful, and the rooftop pool area a great benefit after a long day's sightseeing. It has a restaurant, but I'd only dine there if it was raining too hard to get out. It caters for bus parties, however, so one's breakfast had to be carefully timed!
Wonderful position, so close to the Old City. Also appreciated the secure carpark, although there is a charge. Courteous, helpful staff. No criticism to make.
Hotel was very well located. Only issue with hotel is the air conditioning which did not work sufficiently.
The hotel is well located, very close to the tourist information offices and the weekly market. Arles is so compact that you can easily walk to all the attractions and any restaurant within 10-15 minutes. Even the railway station is walkable. The hotel was clean, breakfast was fine, although the boiled egg system was somewhat haphazard - and why does the toaster only do one side at a time? The room was OK but very bare of furniture -more for a business man than tourists. Not all TV stations could be tuned in and there was no teletext, no english speaking stations. Reception staff were very helpful and courteous.
Slightly overpriced, dysfunctional breakfast, large groups.
All points of interest within (easy) walking distance. Offer was good value for money!
