BEST WESTERN Hotel Montana Zurich

Good location, decent wifi reception, TV channels with English, decent breakfast. Design of hotel is quite funny, but it's completely comfortable and staff were friendly for the most part. Better than the more expensive hotel i stayed at in Zurich West.

Clean, very modern, comfortable rooms, efficient service, good location for travellers being within 10 mins walk of main Zurich rail station, and maybe 20 mins to the lake shore. Substantial buffet breakfast included in price. Maybe not where you'd want to be for a long stay, being in a rather drab part of town, but if you're just passing through, recomended.

Great location close to the station and downtown. Only a short walk to the old town. Staff very helpful. Walls between rooms could have been thicker - we were woken by our neighbours early one morning.

Able to walk from train to hotel. Room adequate but no tea making facilities. Beds good but covers too hot with no alternative. Breakfast included which is good.

The hotel and staff were excellent however I would not recommend the hotel restaurant as the food was poor quality and over priced.

A good quality hotel well situated in close proximity to rail and tram. Good breakfast supplied and very good service and assistance from staff.

Clean hotel, excellent bed, i spent a quiet night. only negative point - expresso is not inclusive in continental Breakfast, it is charged separately.

Location close to railway and the city facilities was fantastic. Room newly refurbished and very comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and up to date the rooms were. One problem, walls are paper thin and i cold her too much of what was going on next door.

Good location. Just a few minutes away from Zurich HB. The room size is a bit small. We have difficulty time to open 2 big luggages in the same time. Breakfast is ok but more hot meal should be better.

Excellent location -- it is within walking distance from a tram stop and the Zurich HB train station.

Good little hotel close to Zurich main station. Very handy to tram. Staff friendly and all spoke English. Our room over the street was quite noisy, but most of the rooms would have enjoyed the same street noise as the tour buses loaded and unloaded right under our window. Parking was expensive at $25 per night. We didn't know we would have to pay for parking when we make the booking, merely that parking was available for us! The room was comact, but clean and bright, as was the bathroom with a good shower (important when travelling). Breakfast was ample and tasty - also very important for the traveller - and included in the price. I would recommend this hotel and would happily return next time I come to Zurich.

Location is 10 minutes walk from Zurich main train station, but nothing around the hotel. Street sounds was loud at night. We stayed in newly decorated room , which was nice. Breakfast was very good , plentiful .

I have not complaints about the hotel, the room was clean and modern and the staff was very helpful. The only issue I had was with the restaurant, the food was excellent and the staff was great however the menu did not provide an english translation. I visited several other cities in Switzerland during my trip and this was one of the few restaurants that lacked an english menu. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Zurich.

Hotel in a great location. Would definately stay again if travelling to Zurich. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Very clean hotel. Rooms of a good standard, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good too.
