Best Western Hotel Plaza Frankfurt

The hotel was conveniently located close to the trolley line. This made it easy to get to various locations. Rooms were clean. The price was right.

Nice Hotel, Quite a Big Room. But Free Internet should be Provided for guests

Staff very helpful. Warm breakfast until 10:30. No AC and with in extreme heat sleeping at night difficult. Fan provided. Occasional noise from restaurant across the street. Bathroom extremely small. Bathroom in another unit appeared larger. No shampoo provided. Ask for face towels from reception. On 2 occasions in afternoon, staff entered room after quick knock. So, just double lock you door whenever you are in the room. This hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the Main river and we took the walkway along the river to reach all the museums and the historic downtown. Better choice than the main street close by. In the historic town, well-priced restaurants. As well good cafés on the top floors of the 2 major retail stores. Hotel is 10 minutes from the train station which makes it great for walking to the hotel. Also, you take the subway from the station for the airport in 15 minutes. Cost is 4 Euros one way. Hotel has own parking inside closed gates.

We loved this Hotel, very well located with a nice family ambience, big room and very clean. Breakfast is fantastic. It is a little bit limited because it doesn't have a restaurant for dinner but for the rest it is a wonderful place to stay in Frankfurt.

I selected this hotel to recover from a long-haul flight. Well-priced for two rooms needed for 2 adults + 2 children. Close enough to the main railway station to haul luggage. Rooms not air-conditioned so be wary of the summer days in Frankfurt. Exceptionally good breakfast.

Very nice little hotel, staff are very friendly, parking garage available and you are close to everything, very good breakfast buffet, I could only recommend this hotel to everybody. Very good value for what you get.

Great friendly hotel, a little away from the main centre but trams stop a few minutes away and close to the river and Sachsenhausen

I found this a delightful little hotel. The railway station is close enough for excursions but too far with luggage, but it is easy to walk down to the river. My single room was tiny but well designed with a good sized bed. The shower recess was also tiny.

Hotel is just 5 mins walk from Main Train Station but it is a little off the main road. There are other similar and lower rate hotels that are located along the main road itself.So, it feels a little bit lonely to walk in alone at night. The room for a single person is very small, therefore the room rate is abit expensive.Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. It is very near to walk to Frankfurt city centre from the hotel.

The location was a bit on the odd side, but safe, I guess. The room was comfortable with a little balcony.

A very good hotel with modern facilities and a decent location in a quiet street. Convenient for the train station and close to the river Main (good for an evening riverside stroll). Nice breakfast too.

Very quite nice small Hotel well situated in a quite side street in the city centre. Staff all very friendly & helpful- especially Peter one of the receptionist- Great selection at the Breakfast buffet each morning! Our only complaint was no FREE INTERNET ! you had to pay 4 Euros an hour! Other than that we enjoyed our 5 night stay there & would recommend it for short city breaks.

Our second stay. We find this simple little hotel the ideal place to stay in Frankfurt. Right on the tram line into the cetre and close to the station. Breakfast is simple but excellent. We were greeted by the same receptionist who greeted us 3 years ago so the staff obviously hang around too.

We stayed there for 2 nights. The staff members were nice and friendly. The hotel building seems to have just been renovated. All the things inside looked new. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was only a short distance to the main train station. Good value.

Clean, quiet hotel convenient to the train station. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. One of our two favorite hotels on our recent trip.
