"Good honest prices for a hotel which is clean and spacious but not up to the minute with decor or facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The hotel shuttle was a little unreliable (timewise) but the drivers were very nice.
I do think the hotel air conditioning system could use a thorough cleaning (it smelt very musty) but opening the windows for a couple of hours fixed that and overall the place was fine for the price." - Anonymous

"We chose this hotel because it was in close proximity to where I would have surgery. The shuttle service was very convenient; we were picked up from the airport (MIA). They had no room service; we had to pick up wash rags from the front desk one night, as none was left in our room. In fact, they kept forgetting the rags. The rooms were equiped with a microwave & refrigerator but we had to place the microwave on the floor in order to plug it in! If you need basic accomodation at a reasonable price, try Best Miami." - Shaun/Millicent Battick
