Good location, friendly staff, only downer was the room didn't have a fridge, but ice was on q, and beautiful breakfast each morning. Would stay here again!!

We were very satisfied with this hotel during our 6 nights stay in June 2011. Staff was friendly and helpful, our room was very clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the rich buffet breakfast very much. Free WiFi in our room and three computer terminals in the lobby (free coffee and tea) worked well. Tunnelbana (subway) station Radmansgatan (green lines 17,18,19) is only a few minutes walk away and even Central station (trains and busses to airport) is only a 15 minutes walk away (2 stops by tunnelbana). There are two supermarkets nearby (Konsum and 7/11). If you have problems with walking be aware of the fact, that several streets around the hotel are quite steep! We certanly will stay in this hotel when we next come to Stockholm.

Location is conveniently at walking distance to modern city center. Parking facility is available at cost, but close to the hotel. Breakfast good, room comfortable. Friendly staff. This hotel would be my cloice for my next visit to Stockholm. Gerard(Netherlands)

We were 4 grown up friends which stayed 4 nights at Best Western Kom Hotel in Stockholm. In this high expensed city, we found that Kom Hotel was a good priced hotel with a very good location. We walked to almost all the attractions we visited. Our rooms was quit big but the bathroom was small, but clean. Our rooms was on the backside of the hotel and was very quiet and the bed was very good. Breakfast was quit good to be at a 3 star hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed relaxing in the lobby with a cup of coffee, free of charge. Over all, we enjoyeed or stay at this hotel in this fantastic city.

The hotel was very nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet very good considering the price. The location is perfect close to the city centre, and with lots of restaurants and cafs close by. The hotel is in two separate buildings, and we had to go out across a small street to get to the reception and breakfast restaurant. Not much minus, though. On each floor there is also a room where you can make coffee or tea, which is free of charge, and where you can by snacks, beer and soft drinks from automats. We stayed three nights and enjoyed our stay.

Second time we stayed here during our trip to Sweden. Great service, good location - a bit far to walk from Central Station if you have two bags or more - but metro station just around the corner. You can borrow a kettle, cups etc to make a cuppa in your room but it is really nice to sit in the lobby and use the tea/coffee facility there. Great breakfast included in the price. Highly recommended.

An excellent choice for a stay in Stockholm. Great location, service and the breakfast is very good. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was the largest we have had all over Europe. Very highly recommended and would most definitely stay again.

Very clean, The breakfast amazing, A lot of sweats also! Is a 3 star hotel but I recommended for 4!! Price-quality the best!!!

Nice hotel. Great loation near subwaystation or you could walk to central Stockholm in about 10 minutes. Breakfast good. In weekend a bit te crowded in het breakfast room.

Very good value for money. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel was close to the metro station, but not far from the city center on foot. Nothing to complain.

We found the hotel to be very comfortable, not luxurious, but very good for a 3* hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was good, just about a 15min walk to Gamle Stan, the old town. We found a few good restaurants locally. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to visitors to Stockholm, a lovely city.

Low price of booking meant a room next to the elevator, which turned out to be fine with regard to noise level. This is a nice, clean hotel, older facility, a few blocks from the subway, with excellent breakfast, free coffee in lobby, and free wireless Internet that worked well. I would stay here again.

No minibar in the room

Cheep hotel very close to the city center. The breakfast is big and all what you wish. Rooms are clean and nice, maybe a little bit small but we did not spend much time there. I was very happy there and can recommend.

Nice to stay, reception good service and good location

We found the level of comfort to be good. The room was warm, reaqsonably sized with a decent bathroom and was adequately equiped. Having coffee, tea and biscuits available free in the lobby at all hours was appreciated. This could be carried into the bedrooms. Breakfast was good with sausages, scrambled or boiled eggs, various cereals, yoghurts, preserves, cheeses, cold meats, buns and other bread. There were also two types of pickled herrings, crackers, biscuits and cakes. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. All had a good command of English. The hotel was within twenty minutes walk from all major sites. I happily recommend this hotel.

A pretty good middle-class hotel for av fairly good price.

We found the hotel fulfilled our needs. The staff were very helpful, and the location very good.
