"Arrived late but notified hotel. Excellent welcome and booking in process. Asked for a smoking room , was given a non smoking room. No hot beverage facilities in the room, arrived on a Sunday night and the restaurant does not open on Sunday evenings so had to go into the local town. Had to leave very early on the Monday morning, breakfast was ready and waiting for us, booking out process was very smooth. Although we would use the hotel again, prior knowledge of things like the restaurant would have been helpful. " - Anonymous
