"I did not find the staff particularly friendly. I paid extra (Euro10 X2) for
a room with a balcony which we didn't receive. They tried to say that our window/doors opening out with a small clothes airer attached was a french balcony. It may have been but it was not what I perceived as a balcony. I had to really argue for a refund which I eventually got. Sunday night evening meal was excellent for Eur 30.00 each. " - Anonymous
