Best Western Lake Buena Vista Hotel Orlando

Very good experience with the entire hotel. We will look for the same hotel the next time :-).

The hotel was nice and the location was great. The only thing that was missing was a refrigator. We visted the Theme Parks, Wet-N- Wild Water Park and Downtown Disney. The hotel meet my standards and it did compare to other hotels on previous trips.

We stayed at the Disney Boardwalk Villas and it was wonderful! There is a private entrance to Epcot from the boardwalk right into the World Showcase so it is very convenient. We enjoyed the rides and park during the day, went back to our villa to cool down and regenerate and went back to the park for dinner and the evening fun, which included the Epcot Illuminations. Then, we walked back to the hotel and to the night's fun out on the Atlantic City style boardwalk! We'd go back every weekend if we could!!!

In overall the hotel is good, it's very close to any Disney Theme Park and the Bus service is very punctual. The Cleanliness have some room for improvement but it's not bad and when we called the housekeeping service it attended our need inmediatley.

Reception helpful but unable to fullfil their promises. Asked for bath plug to be fixed twice - results - shower less effective and plug still faulty. Good location for eating out. (none Disney) Got hit for extra $7 / day for 'free' disney transport!

Check-in was quick and they provided a roll-away bed within minutes. Breakfast buffet was good and price was reasonable. We didn't eat in the restaurant otherwise because it was soo cold (airconditioned). We ordered food in the Cafe ( Pizzahut pizzas, burgers etc.) and took it to our room. Bus service to Disney works well and is not crowded this time of year. 4 minutes walk to Crossroad shopping and restaurants. A very nice stay and a nice location.

Very convenient for Disneyworld. Reasonable facilities at reasonable price. I don't like the current practice of imposing extra mandatory charges for "resort facilities". Just a subtle way of boosting the tariff

Great location for the price, transport to and from Disney is excellent. Balcony rooms overlooking Epcot have good views of night fireworks and laser, also Magic Kingdom in the distance. Not the flashest of Hotels but good value for location and transport. Small shopping centre half a mile up the road to stock up on water or other small items to use in the parks, as these items can be expensive. Several eateries in this shopping complex also.

This was my third visit to the hotel and I was very impressed because they were remodeling their pool area and made sure the guests were allowed to use the hotel directly across the street from them.

Well placed, with friendly service when needed, nice room and easy parking - to be recommended!

Great location. Excellent value. Good hot buffet breakfast. Nice pool area. Bellman stored luggage when we arrived prior to check-in time, and delivered to our room while we were out enjoying the Magic Kingdom! Room service provides good service after restaurant closes (11 pm). This is a large, busy hotel.

This is a hotel which has a very good location if you want to visit Disney, Sea World, Universal etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we can very much recommend this hotel!!

Reasonable tourist class hotel near DisneyWorld area. Average service is offset by good pricing compared to other hotels. In summary, an enjoyable stay.

Great value, price and location, plus free shuttles to Disney parks!!
