Friendly service. Distant location but the price of the room well compensated the increased travelling costs, if you just have the time to travel (45 minutes to Bastille by metro).
WE had great stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The only down side was that in August the bar and restaurant was closed. Also a lot of Japanese tours stay there and you will be offered noodles for breakfast! The rest of the buffet breakfast was fine though. We would certainly use this hotel again if in Paris
Room a little small and tight but excellant service and spoke good english. Breakfast included made it good value and walking distance to train and resturants. Definetly would stay there again as accommandates for family of four.
Comfortable, air-con room. Hotel basic but clean good value. Parking @ 6 euros/day right next door. Plenty of pretty little restaurants nearby - turn left out of hotel and walk 200 metres then cross junction. Metro 10m mins walk. Only downside is that by Metro, Paris centre is about 40-60 minutes away.
Although on the outskirts of Paris, the Hotel was easy to find, had a pleasant feeel, and was wlaking distance (5 - 10 minutes) from tube station and a shopping centre. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.
Breakfast was rice, hot dogs, noodles, croissants, soupy scrambled eggs, fruit cocktail. The room, lobby, and eating area very always very cold. Otherwise, not a very bad European hotel. A little far from city center.
Booking through [your website] was the best thing I could have done. The rate was significantly less than had I stayed without a reservation. The room is actually EXTREMELY small, but sufficient if you only plan to sleep in it. Don't forget to bring an iron. The concierge was invaluable to me! Use them. They gave me directions, provided detailed maps, and even ordered a pizza for me! They made the stay worth while!
Good staff Quite small rooms
The hotel was in an excellent situation very close to Charendon Ecole metro station, set in a beautiful french suberb. It was a good base for my first trip to France, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Paris, but with easy access to all areas. The hotel's standard of cleanliness was excellent and the staff very friendly. The restaurant served Chinese food, but there were plenty of French restaurants around the Hotel, and as ever there was a local Mac Donalds.
The St-Maurice Hotel in Paris is the ideal hotel for a weekend in Paris. On walking distance from the Bois de Vincennes and only 10 minutes away from the metro station Charenton-écoles. For only 1€ you go anywhere in Paris and leave your car in a save place.
