"The place was clean and service very friendly. Loved the location with the River across the road, supermarket virtually next door and a very short walk to the main stree. Car parking, BBQ, guest laundry and internet facilities were all available. The only downside was that the hotel lacked outdoor areas. Eg. No balconies, pool, garden areas. There was 1 BBQ spot with outdoor table, but this was only big enough for one group of people at a time. Stairs were no problem for us but there were no lifts and some people may need to consider this if they are on the top floor. " - Natalie Flood

Best Western Lorne Coachman Inn is conveniently situated on the northern end of town in a peaceful setting overlooking the Erskine River just a slip-slop-slap to the beach. We offer 19 luxurious units, including a disabled suite. All units have small kitchenettes equipped with microwave ovens, fridges and toasters. Featuring queen-size beds the rooms are well appointed with modern furnishings and are decorated in restful pastel colours. Undercover parking, in-room mini bars, single sofa beds, direct dial, in-room phones and a guest laundry are thoughtful extras provided at the inn that create a home away from home. A restful, guest barbecue and picnic area at the rear of the property is a historic spot, once part of the stable area for Waverly House. The elevated position is set into the hillside dominated by soaring pines. The atmosphere at the Coachman Inn is relaxed with all the town’s attractions within walking distance providing travellers with intimate accommodation in the middle of everything. No further discounts or bonus points available on these prices. No changes or cancellation's after check in. )
