"The carpets were dirty but the rest of the room was clean. The showers need attention as they were very difficult to adjust. You were either too hot or too cold!!!! There were no bedspreads on the beds. Never did work out if this was intended this way or mistake. There was blankets and sheets which was warm enough. Best Western is usually better than this. "We were most disappointed in our room.It was basic and at the extreme end of the upper floor, Hot water for shower (not at peak time) took over 5 minutes to come through the pipes and then needed no clod water to be added to it No am radio reception available.At a discounted price of $160 a night and breakfast costing $36 for 2. "This hotl advertises a win in 2006 for the best 4 1/2 star hotel in australia - really? The internet did not work - or at least you had to pay each time you logged in - bad luck if you had paid for 3 hours.
