"Hotel rooms in Paris are very small but this was a nice size with a balcony that made it nice and airy. But at night the street is a bit busy and noisy. The bathroom was really small but nice and clean. The breakfast room is in a tiny claustrophobic basement room, not pleasant. The reception were more interested in standing just outside in the doorway than being helpful. But it is located really close to a major Metro hub to easily get to where ever you would like to go. Paris as always so incredible." - Larry van Onselen
"Not a bad little hotel. Location is good being right by a metro station but unfortunately that was closed when we were there. Saying that, the Bastille station is just down the road. Lots of bars and cafes close by as well as interesting shops.
The lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing as they do state on their website that this facility exists, although if you ask for some at reception they will give you a tray with hot water, cup, tea, etc. Breakfast was very good and well presented. It was served by a very reserved lady but she was very efficient and very pleasant also. Reception staff were variable - some were grumpy, others middle of the road, but the lady in the daytime was very cheery and pleasant.
Would stay there again." - Anonymous
"This is a charming hotel with friendly staff. It is not quite as close to the centre of the Marais as I would have hoped but central as regards walking the main tourist spots. Rooms are a fine size and clean. The cold breakfast advertised did not prepare me for the basket of pastries and hot coffee provided. Delicious and great start to my trip" - Anonymous
