Master Robert Hotel London

The Hotel is very close to Heathrow airport, just a few minutes away by tube (subway). Rooms are clean with coffee, tea and sweets available in the room. Very friendly people that will do anything for you, absolutely wonderful traditional English breakfast was included every morning with lots of choices both European and English food. Everything as described, the only one little thing is that WI-FI was not in the room, the place is so big with lots of buildings and in order to use WI-FI you have to go to the reception area, but there is a lot of chairs and sofas available to use. They even offer me some hot drinks and food while I was there. Reasonable price, I would stay there again with my family. This hotel has only non-smoking rooms and there is nice old English Pub with the same name right there, you can have food and drinks any time.

A convenient hotel for Heath Row airport, or for Richmond and Kew as in our case. Good breakfast! SLightly smokey smell to foyer of room.

excellent location for heathrow and helpful staff on reception. Book your taxi through the hotel and it is cheaper than using a card with the driver. Breakfast was excellent and would definely use again. Loads of Indian places to eat down the road a little bit.

I wouldn't have wanted to pay the full advertised prices for this hotel. It was as clean as they could get it, but quite run down and desperately needs refurbishment (lamp shades in the room mended with sellotape, veneer stripping from furniture, for instance). However, the staff were quite friendly, the food was standard, but good, the sheets and towels were good quality and clean. Not a terrific sleep due to a hard mattress and noisy planes overhead from 6am onwards.

Good for the price but wouldn't have paid the rack rate of £119. Breakfast was amazing with continually topped up food. Make sure the windows are closed otherwise you get a 5.30am alarm call from a jumbo jet! Not the hotels fault at all but something to be aware of.

Clean hotel at a good price in a convenient location near Heathrow Airport. Fits the bill.

Very friendly staff,good food, but on flight path to Heathrow was only downside.

No food available after 10pm. No early breakfast either so caught 0930 flight to Miami hungry!

A very convenient hotel for Terminal 4

Very good basic low cost hotel with on site overnight parking, good breakfast options and resturaunt. Bathroom was cold. Very good location for Heathrow Airport. Would use it again.

stayed and intend to stay often as near relatives. very nice rooms if in the new wing and very clean. bar food and breakfast excellent. all staff are very polite, friendly and efficient.

We booked through Internet, therefore we couldn't see the location very well, therefore that wasn't very convenient for us.

to get there you would need to get two different buses from central airport bus station., unless you are willing to walk for about 10 minutes from where the first bus drops you off with all your luggage. You can also take a taxi and you should not pay more then 12 pounds. We payed 11.5 pounds from the hotel to Heathrow the next day which is a fixed fare ordered the night before. buses will cost you 4 pounds per person

Not ideal for public transport to Heathrow - a 10-15min brisk walk to nearest bus stop. A regular service though, taxi cost almost £20. Hotel communal area a bit tatty - could do with a makeover. Continental breakfast OK.

Quite convenient location for either London or Heathrow,and the staff are friendly.
