Very frindley staff and soft bed and great shower

I was impressed by how clean the hotel was, the help and information from the staff, and the facilities were all we needed. Although not close to the city the hotel is on the main road from the Airport, and a tram runs past the hotel.

The location of this Inn was extremely well positioned for our needs, there were places to eat within walking distance. Car parking was security checked during the night. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

Staff were polite and room was spotless, kitchen very well appointed especially for longer stays. Outlook towards the park was very pleasant but traffic noise and inconsiderate nextdoor neighbours made sleeping difficult.

The staff were very friendly and more than obliging at all times. We will certainly stay there again.

I have stayed here many times and am always satisfied with the motel. Hotel staff remember me when I arrive, which is always nice. Good to not have to fight over carparking spaces and very close to the city and tram stop at the door.

The location, for visitors to Melbourne city, is perfect. Trams on the doorstep and a station nearby and only a couple of easy walking kilometres to the centre of the city. Since refurbishment this motel is very good. The staff could be more welcoming and the parking spaces are too narrow, badly laid out and too few. It only takes one selfish idiot to park badly and two spaces are lost. The multi-storey section has no lift, for a five floor motel this is inadequate. The area is noisy at night but not unbearably. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and comfortable. In summary, great location, good value for money, but find a parking spot and leave your car in it or you may lose it and have to park outside on Park Street(!).

Quite dissappinting ... I expected more for the price ... there are better priced places with similar location and facilities in Melbourne. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Great location near Bridie O'Reilly's Irish pub, 7-11 and tram in North Carlton. Friendly and helpful management.

The Staff are very ftiendly and helpful, There is unfortunately no coffee shop or restaurent on the premises although they can arrange breakfast and meal deliveries from a nearby restaurent delivered to your room. It is an ideal hotel for someone driving around Australia for a one or two nights stay.The staff are very friendly and helpful which makes up for the other shortcommings.

We arrived really late and they had 24 hour check in so that was good. the motel is really showing its age with its facilities and cleanliness. they had shampoo/soap dispensers in the shower instead of small bottles which I didn't like because you never know who else has used it and it wasnt really hygenic in my opinion.

This is a good hotel which is in a very pretty area of Melbourne. Access is good with the tram close by.

This is a good clean cheap basic motel which is well located. It is excellent value and I expect to use it again.If you need or desire any more than a basic motel it probably is not for you but it suited me very well.

Was a very good motel, both son and wife and I enjoyed staying there on 2 different weekends.

The people who assisted us at the Princes Park Motor Inn were wonderful. Clearly they want to please their customers. The Inn is rather old but functional, right on the Tram line and across the street from a lovely park. If we were to retrun to Melbourne, we would certainly consider staying there again.

Very impressed by the friendly, courteous and efficient service. Found all aspects excellent. Will gladly come again.
