We stayed for 3 nights ard were happy with the hotel. We arrived early and the hotel stored our luggage for us until later in the day. Hotel old but room renovated - very nice and good size room. Electronic shutter on window very effective for light and sound. Tea and coffee facilities was nice to have. Good to have a fridge, airconditioning, and a safe. We used the free wi-fi and had no issues. Bath/shower was very high and hard to get in and out of. Breakfast was included - buffet - all of the usuals plus an egg boiler and other hot food which was nice. Plenty of options for juices and cereals. Check in receptionist was nice however we found the lady on check out rather rude, snappy and unhelpful.
A very pleasant hotel in a quiet street, but centrally located. The hotel staff was helpful, the breakfast was varied and generous. I will definitely return.
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming and spoke excellent English. The location was really good - being near the centre of the city and the Les Halles shopping centre, as well as being minutes away from the station. I also appreciated the free internet and the breakfast being included.
Very large modern room (not always the case in France...) and good location. Good breakfast. Free Wifi connection. A good place to stay in this lovely city.
Lovely hotel at a good value price good location only 5 minutes walk from the centre. We had a renovated room, our companions didn't both were lovely, but a tip would be to ask for a renovated room upon booking.
The hotel is very close to the railway station, that comes in handy. I takes 15 mins max to walk to the Cathedral. The rooms are OK, not extraordinary. Breakfast doesn't offer too many options.
The hotel was in a perfect location. The included breakfast was great and the hotel was lovely.
Good value hotel in a great location. Would definitely return to this hotel
Superb room especially given the discounted summer rate I got.
Literally 5 min away from the newly refurbished railway station, and 10 min away from Place Kleber, very handy, with a very welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and modern, the beds very comfortable. rather quiet too. I would definitely go back to this place next time I visit Strasbourg.
A very good all-round hotel with modern facilities (including in-room tea/coffee), and good value when I stayed. Friendly and helpful staff, a nice spread at breakfast (which was served in a proper sized room!). As a rail traveller it was also well located. The only slight negative was the room safe being out of order, otherwise highly recommended.
This hotel represents good value. It is located to the north-west of the old city centre and is less than 15 minutes' walk from the Petite France district. It took some finding, despite GPS, because its main entrance is not on the street of its official address and the one-way system means a time-consuming detour if you get it wrong. There is a fairly expensive underground garaging facility where you can leave the car. The staff were very helpful and speak excellent English. The rooms were very clean and the breakfasts excellent. We did not try out the evening menu.
Close to the main station and still not far from the petite france area and all other attractions, hotel room was a nice size and modern, is a nice place to stay
Very helpful and friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel - excellent.
Room right near the lift was small, with window facing the atrium, thus not much light or view outside. Also noise insulation was not very good. On the other hand, it was clean and modern, and the service was very helpful. Breakfast was not bad too. Given the price and location, I would stay again.
The worst part of my staying in this hotel was the lack of parking places for my car. So I had to take the car to a public parking place and pay extra money. Maybe because Strasbourg is a very crowded city...
Excellent City Centre Hotel. A Secure parking facility is available 75metres from the Hotel
Excellent location, close to train station. Nice quiet area. Good breakfast. A/c wasn't able to cool room sufficiently, coffee and tea supplies weren't refreshed (and there was no milk or whitener provided - not a problem for us as we drink coffee and tea without milk) and the liquid soap dispenser wasn't refilled.
Best value for money!!! Ideal place for visiting "Petite France", next to tram and bus stops and walking distance from and to the train station.
Breakfast is very good (much better than just a croissant and coffee that you might expect). Bathroom is superb ans flat screen TV is nice, too.
