"A nice hotel in a pretty good location, very close to Burnie but just far enough away from the highway. Service was excellent, was upgraded to Queen room for free and staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. Room was a bit retro in decor, but very cosy and comfortable. Bathroom was incredibly clean and well maintained. Very good choice of in-room breakfast for just $9. Free wireless broadband, however unsecured network so bear that in mind if you are security conscious! My only problem was that Virgin mobile service was unavailable throughout the whole hotel complex, so I had to use in-room phone to call home ($17 for 45 mins!) - however, this is by no means the fault of the hotel. A great place to stay, which I would definitely stay in again! " - Narelle Hind
