Best Western Oslo Airport Hotel

This hotel is in a rural area near the Oslo airport some distance from the city. No nearby retail or much or anything, but nice restful place to recover on an overnight between connections. Breakfast is excellentand included, dining is fine but horribly expensive (as is all of Norway). Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel has loaner bikes for free, and there are walking and biking trails nearby.

All the staff were very helpful of anything we asked for. Everything was really nice at this hotel, everyone were great :)

They charged $30 in unexpected taxes on top of the website's quote per night.

A perfectly good airport hotel with good bus connections from the airport - although the bus does cost. Alas, like everythigni n Norway the hotel is not cheap but it is good value and convenient for an overnight enroute.

Bus Transfer to the hotel from the airport is very expensive: 120 NOK for one direction! (Norlandia is the second nearest hotel from the airport with about 3 km from the terminal, only Radisson SAS can be reached on foot.)

Norlandia Oslo Airport Hotel was a great find, very convenient and affordable hotel close to the airport. The hotel offers a very nice dinner choice. Highly recommended.

A busy, quick-turnover hotel mainly used by those arriving or departing Oslo Airport. The hotel clean, effeicient and incredible value for money. The bus shuttle to the airport is reliable and quick and stops outside the front door. This isn't a hotel for an extended holiday stay, but for an airport stopover I can't speak highly enough of it.

Shuttle bus runs regularly at 20 min intervals, but is 50 krona each way from airport to hotel, hotel was great otherwise.

Very clean hotel, great breakfast. Perfect for hotel near airport. No shops, not much to do except sleep -comfortable.

Be aware that the last shuttlebus from the airport terminal is at 2320. After that you need to take a taxi which costs 284 NOK one way. The shuttle bus starts running from the hotel at 0438 or so and costs 50 NOK one way.

There is a shuttle bus every 20 mins from the airport that calls at this hotel - only 50 kroner one way and very convenient.

I wanted an hotel with VERY easy access to the Oslo airport, which was completely unknown to me. It was almost impossible to ascertain on the Internet the actual geographical position of the hotel (and several others - except the Radisson - much too expensive for me). This made the search long and difficult on the Internet. I found the Norlandia only by chance, very late. Nowhere was it mentioned that the airport bus to Norlandia was excellent, ran very regularly and very early/late to/from the hotel/airport, and took only seven minutes, and cost 50 Kronen each way. I would have jumped at the Norlandia immediately if I could have been offered this information sooner. Don't underestimate the anxiety that transfer passengers feel when transitting through strange airports. Emphasise online the ease of travelling from and to the airport. Incidentally, I was given another transit hotel when returning to Holland, and it was not so good as the Norlandia.

Excellent location at the airport. Airport bus evry 1/2 hour, 4 minutes to Gardemoen SAS Terminal. Good sound insulation. Clean. Friendly & efficient staff, especially at the reception. Reasonably priced. Will use again Cheers & Bon Voyage

Great hotel - but I think that airport transfers should be part of the service. We thought transfers were included in the rate only to find out we had to pay extra. Everything else was very good.

The pricing of the hotel is good compared to its competitors in the area, but it is still very expensive !

The dinner-buffet was good and reasonably priced. Visiting the museum next door is also something no one should miss.

A very friendly welcome as well, which made us feel at home in Norway. The curtains are thick enough to provide dark, which, to French people used to having shutters to their windows, is very impotant.

Good price for a conveniently located hotel, even if the price of the airport transfer is exorbitant even by Norwegian standards
