"Our room was nice and large with a nice bathroom but the other room that I booked for our friends was tiny and was a smoking room and really smelt dreadful. The reception staff were not interested at all with the problem. Parking was in a dingy car park around the corner which was not very convenient with luggage. The hotel seems quite large and you have to wander through lots of corridors with heavy fire doors. Breakfast was OK but I wouldn't stay there again." - Warwick Hearne
"A very very enjoyable stay." - Anonymous
"Very helpful when arrived at the reception desk, with maps, sites , where to eat.....
the room for 2 was adequate. Unfortunately, the bottom sheet of my bed was stained, there were no bath towels. After a note I left in the room, the sheet was promptly changed and 2 bath towels were left in the bathroom although over washed and tired but clean.
I might use it again for its location, central and near station and coaches. Out of 10 I will rate it 7/8" - Anonymous
"The breakfast menu was the same for five days.
At least a littlte variation would be better." - Anonymous
