"In spite of having booked and paid almost seven months ago, the hotel still seemed to be surprised to see us, and split up our family, one room on the first floor, one on the fifth! Not at all convenient or safe. There was no lift to the fifth floor, only to the fourth and no-one offered to help us with all our cases.
