"The hotel is in a relatively shady area of Naples, but then again all of Naples is kind of bad and not the place to be. The hotel was very nice and there is a great little restaurant directly across from it. Overall I would recommend but be careful of the area." - Daniel Jaax
"Hotel staff were generally helpful and the room was pleasant, clean and quiet (I had requested a quiet room) The hotel is sited near Piazza Garibaldi (a cosmopolitan area and rather scruffy) and is just a few minutes walk to the main station and Circumvesuviana line (for visiting Pompeii or Sorrento) Also very convenient for bus station and buses round the city. Breakfast good and decaff coffee no problem. Some problems when checking out as receptionist did not understand I had already paid a deposit and wanted to charge me the full amount, although this was very clear on my voucher. " - Anonymous
