This was great, the studio room was very nice. The location is only 8 min walk to the beach and then another 10 mins from the Main St of Mornington. The service was also good. I will be staying here again should I come down to Mornington again. Strongly recommended.
Attentive professional staff, well appointed, clean rooms and great facilities. The hotel had a lovely feel to it - we really enjoyed our stay.

Such a shame that what could have been a nice holiday was off to such a bad start after meeting the rudest, most unhelpful reception staff I have ever experienced in a hotel! We upgraded to the room with the big TV (for an extra charge) only to find that there was no cable TV, no movies and no DVD player - what's the point! Receptionist was rude, snappy and unhelpful. Completely dismissive when we enquired about what to do in the area (although the website starts the hotel has in information desk). You would not stay here for the service. We will not be going back.
Crown Hotel is supposed to be 5 star - Brooklands of Mornington is well above a 5 star! The best and cleanest we have ever stayed in a motel!
great place! clean ( very simple) Great location......... Great little outdoor area at the back of the room. The staff seemed a little grumpy!! and it was an effort to assist you but apart from that NICE ROOM
The chalet was beautifully furnished and the facilities were great. The room service breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommended as a great place to stay.
