Getting there:From Victoria International Airport Exit the airport and follow the road until you reach the intersection with McTavish Rd. Turn left on to McTavish Rd and take the immediate exit to your right onto the Pat Bay Highway - Route 17 S Continue on highway for approximately 17 miles. Turn right on Pandora St. Turn left on Broad St Turn left on Johnson St. The hotel is on your left. Please park in the hotel zone while checking in. Our Valet Parking staff will then take care of parking your car for you.
Check-in Procedure:
Car parking:We are pleased to provide valet parking for a nominal daily fee of $9.00 from May 1st to October 15th. Valet parking is complimentary through the rest of the year. This service is available 24 hours per day. We ask that you provide us with 15 minutes notice to have your vehicle brought to the hotel. If you wish to park your own vehicle, please be aware the daily charge is $12.00 per day. Either way, there is a height restriction of 6’6".
Child Policy:Children 17 and under free with adult.
A very convenient and friendly chain hotel. Our only quibble was that, coming back late afternoon for a rest after being out all day, we were turned out while the room was serviced.
Enjoyed our stay and especially being uograded to a suite. Excellent service by staff who were very kind and helpfull. Good location with minutes walk to the harbour.

Its location is the best feature of is hotel.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Location within walking distance of a multitude of restaurants, shops and attractions. Local bus service steps away and also very convenient. Two blocks from VIA train that travels halfway up the island each day, fabulous for seeing the forests of BC up close. The inner harbour is also 2 blocks away, tour boats, helicopters and sea planes. This hotel was central to almost everything that I wanted to see and/or do. Will definitely stay there again.
We had a wonderful time. We will stay again in the future!
