Best Western Plus City Centre/Centre-Ville Hotel Quebec City

The hotel was a little distance from old Quebec but an amazing walk,,,, People were really friendly and the weather was a little cold but sunny. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, there was everything you need in the room. It takes appr 30 min on foot to get the old city center; 15 min on foot to the railway and bus stations. Staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull, all my questions were answered and advices given in high professional manner.

Enjoyed our stay here, and we didn`t find the location a problem. I found some interesting bars nearby.

This hotel was great. Take the opportunity to visit the restaurant. The waiters are extremely friendly and helpful and when we asked how to get around and what we should see they gave us some great tips on how to get to different places the easiest way and which public transport to take. They were fantastic! The Best Western is very centrally located in Quebec City. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A great location with a very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel restaurant is a bit pricy however there are enough restaurants within walking distance for every budget.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. The rooms were very spacious and well-equipped. The price I paid was very reasonable. However the day I left, the hotel was full and the price quoted was 4 times more expensive! Free wireless Internet a big plus. Valet parking only at $18 a day. Restaurant closes a bit early (as do all the restaurants in the area!!). All in all a very good experience. I would definately recommend this hotel but watch out for the prices!

This hotel was very good! The best thing about it must be the location! It's no joke a 10-15mins walk to St-Jean street and all the tourist attractions. I didn't have to use any buses during my stay, which helped in time and money. Very happy with this hotel.

Good hotel, big room , nice staff, good price but a little far from old quebec

I think it was good enough, very clean, very warm, good location. Everything was really good. Especially when it compared to the price, it was quite a good deal, I would highly recommend to stay.

The room was nice and the service was good. However, The matress of the bed is very uncomfortable. Also, notifying the customers regarding the information on parking would have been helpful.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. Will stay here again when in Quebec.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The only thing that could be a concern for someone is that they charge you for valet parking, and due to the location of the hotel you really don't have a lot of options in this regard. Other than that, the hotel itself was just fine!

Small but convenient swimming pool and jacuzzi

Front desk was fantastic, very helpful, room was a good size as was bathroom, location was a little way from the centre of town, but we were pretty fit at the end of our stay. Breakfast set us up for the day, a great choice staff great.
