very good service from ed on front desk very helpful and always polite and nothing was to much trouble for him needs promotion his customer skills were first class a credit to the group.

The room is spacious. I mean it's much bigger than normal hotel's room. Free internet service and breakfast provided. The location is great, close to many areas including monrail. We certainly will go to this hotel again if we go to Seatle.

Located very centrally -just two small blocks away- from Seattle Centre and within a brisk walk from the waterfront area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location - about 10 blocks to Pike Place Market. Parking is an extra $15 but there is free street parking for overnight stays.

One of the better Best Westerns

We were really pleased with the location and the room's cleanliness and comfy beds. The microwave also came in handy.

Good access to downtown attractions, but a bit noisy with sirens and street noise on the weekend.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable - very hard.

The staff at the Best Western Executive Inn were all extremely friendly and helpful.

An unexpected surprise in an area that I thought didn't have much to offer in terms of lodgeing. I would stay there again.

There was nothing notable special about the hotel. The rooms were fair, food okay, etc. Until I met the front desk people. Bravo on such great- friendly service. Dina Manatad was top notch! She anticipated every need I had...she was on the phone, seconds before I even asked for the request.

Wonderful experience. Avoid the restaurant. Too pricy and not worth it!

I stayed here and loved it. My room was awesome. The bathroom was huge and very clean. It's right by a fast food place and right in the middle of downtown. Pike's Place is only a couple of mintues away on the city bus. (Also the bus drivers are very friendly and tons of tourist who visit Seattle ride all the time and they don't mind answering questions at all!). Seattle's biggest attraction is only a block away from the hotel. The desk clerks were very friendly. I would stay there again and again. A+ in my book.

Everything was very good.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we couldn't be happier. The location is great, especially if you're going to the EMP or Science Fiction Museum. The hot tub is open 24 hours. The rooms are very clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful (except the Shuttle driver, but I think he was having a bad day). In all, if you're looking for a nice hotel central to all things Seattle, this is it. It also saves you a bunch of money on parking since the Shuttle will take you most anywhere and come and pick you up. Executive Inn rocks!

Nice hotel. Room is very well appointend and clean. Location is excellent. Restaurant is very good. Good gym and spa.

Excellent value. Great view of the Space Needle and just across the street from Seattle Center attractions. Nice rooms, designed for business. Very friendly and helpful staff. One drawback is that there is no pool (although there's a hot tub in the exercise room). It's a hotel designed for business travelers and conferences more than families, but an indoor pool would have been nice. Also no free breakfast, but there's an upscale restaurant in the hotel.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Have a great stay here. Staff were very happy to help us with our needs. Very polite and friendly. A very welcoming atmosphere.
