Best Western Plus Hollywood Hills Hotel

Overall good experience. Like the Hollywood theme decor throughout hotel. There are two separate building. The rooms located where the lobby is are larger and nicer. may cost a little more but worth it.

Great location and very friendly and accommodating staff. The valets are GREAT guys! The desk staff were eager to make my time there as excellent as possible. And, they did! The room was very comfortable and squeaky clean. The bed was comfy. Bathroom lighting was fantastic! Nice size as well. There was also a fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. Very nice! My only issue is these coffeemakers which use the paper pouches with pre-measured coffee. Always weak and tasteless. But, to fix that situation, just go downstairs to the 101 Cafe/Coffeeshop and get a coffee to go! There was a pool, which looked clean and clear -- very well maintained. I did not use it only because it was November and I didn't bring a suit! I will definitely return and tell friends about this spot. Just a quick walk to Hollywood Blvd, as well.

needed more towel bars in the bathroom. Fun decor with lots of celeb photos. 101 cafe has good food. Walking distance to many Hollywood sights.

Hotel is in good location, five mins to the walk of fame. It has a great coffee shop on site that serves the best breakfast. It's great if u have a car as there is adequate parking, a rarity in LA.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Had a larger than expected room with a great bathroom. Will definitely stay here next time I am in the area.

we were a little devo on this hotel. Rooms were run down. The remote to the TV didnt work and we complained every day for 5 days with no results just promises it would be fixed. Level 2 that we were on smelt of pot every night - walls were thin and you could hear all goings on next door. Breakfast was simple but enough. Hotel is out of the way really but only a block to the metro qhich helped.

This place has a lot of charm. It is in an older building, but the location can't be beat and the price is right. The rooms have been remodeled and the whole place is decorated with pictures from Hollywood present and past. There is also a great cafe' at the hotel that was jam packed!

Great spacious unit. Air conditioning was very noisy but otherwise couldn't find a fault.

A very, very comfortable bed. Interesting shower facility (a dual shower in one stall). Good cafe located in the building. Parking was a bit tight.

The hotel was in a great location; just a short walk to Hollywood Boulevard and the 'Walk of Fame'. And just a short car journey to Universal Studios. Great for Tourists! The rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Housekeeping/maintenance staff were very friendly.

Very good hotel for the price. Very noisy though so don't expect a quiet night in.

The room was huge with refrigerator, coffee maker, bar area, desk and separate chairs. Beds were wonderful. Bathroom was upgraded, very clean. Staff was extremely helpful with directions, reservations, etc.

Had a very pleasant stay here and would definately come back. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and safe. Only shame there was not an internet cafe in the lobby.

The rooms where large with fridge coffee machine very handy to Hollywood and nice restaurant only 5 minute walk to left plus restaurant in building small shop and bakery just next door Great place to stay

Clean, modern and very comfortable! Possibly the best hotel bed ever slept in. Great location. Close to the Hollywood attractions, Night Clubs and Beverly Hills. The adjoining restaurant (101 Coffee Shop) is a must do. Great food and atmosphere. And, open til 3am!

Nicely renovated, functional rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend

hi, i had booked best western hollywood hills through [your website]. I was with family and the hotel is at a great location. since it was my first time, i really did'nt know the places around but once I got on the wheels Universal Studios, Hollywood sign, beverly hills, rodeo drive was pretty close. Stayed at the hotel 2 nights. Was very impressed with the room... recently updated, clean, with a bathroom that was 5 star. No safety concerns at all with its location. Off-street parking no charge. Staff was friendly. I recommend the adjoining coffee shop/restaurant for breakfast. Only downside might be that it is a mile (or so) from the action of the Walk of Fame, Mann's Theatre, etc. However, you cannot beat the value this hotel has to offer.
