Best Western Plus Montreal Downtown Hotel Europa

Room was very clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was very small. Great location close to the main shopping and restaurants.

An older hotel in need of a re-vamp but is clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Free wireless. Right on the main shopping strip.

The foyer is deceiving - the rooms are not of the same standard. Location very good- walking distance to VIA train station, old town bus, info ctr & to 747 airport express bus stop.

Good hotel, but long queues for breakfast at the restaurant and very slow service.

The hotel has clean rooms etc. However, the breakfast is in a nearby restaurant and during busy hours (8-10 a.m.) one has to wait up to half an hour until one gets seated - and this only for a beagle and a tea ...

Small room-Great location for an affordable price.

Not the nicest street in town ... but very good location. Room are small but have everything you need and are clean.

Was transferred to the Maritime Hotel, good service, location, pricing, and very clean.

Upon arriving there was a night club blearing music 1:00am in the morning. Also the reasurant who served breakfest the help was no where to be found. They made cusotmers wait over 10 minutes to be seated and no other customers were in the reasurant.

Reception is below ground level, which is a bit disconcerting when you arrive with bags. However, there is access for disabled or bag-bound people to the right of the steps via an extremely slow lift - OK once you know. The staff were all helpful and friendly - I would go back.
