BEST WESTERN PLUS The Inn at King of Prussia

Nice hotel. The room this time smelled a bit like it was formerly a smoking room. Light bulb in the bathroom was out the four days I stayed, cleaning staff must not think it's their job to report repair items...

Generally, a good value for what we got. The room was clean and comfortable although we could have used a couple of extra towels and pillows as a default. There was some problem with tool noise or loud plumbing (air in the lines) on 2 of the nights, but is lasted only for about 5 minutes each night.

I was here on business. The hotel exterior needs some upgrading because it looks dingy. The rooms have been remodeled so they were really nice inside. The only thing is that the walls are too thin, so I could hear people around me and definitely the person who was walking around in the room above me. There seemed to be a lot of contracted workers there, and they were constantly up and down the hallways at 4-5am, opening and closing doors. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Was really impressed how clean the hotel was. Very nice breakfast in the morning. We would most definetly stay at this hotel again when we travel in the area

The carpeting in hallways need to be steam cleaned.

Staff very friendly, helpful and courteous. Mattress in room was quite firm. Very close to shopping and easy freeway access.

This hotel is located right across the street from one of the biggest shopping malls. The staff were friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants. Room was clean.
