Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel

The location of this particular hotel was perfect for our meetings. The hotel itself was very average. Nothing special or spectacular about it.

This is a pleasent hotel to stay at. The only problem I had was getting there. I was waiting for the schuttlebus at the airport for over an hour. The sign says that the bus comes every 4 minutes. This is not true, it only comes if you call them! After I finally arrived I have had a great stay. I have had diner in their restaurant for less than $20, including beverages.

We arrived early and the hotel was able to get a room ready in a short amount of time. Very large room with two queen beds. Located about 30 minutes from downtown Toronto and 10 minutes from the airport. Great food in the lounge. Located in an industrial area so it was quit quiet.

Excellent experience and really good value for money. This is now my Hotel of choice when I am in Toronto for business

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport, but there is an excellent, free shuttle service, which needs to be booked the day before departure. Free wifi in all the rooms, and various facilities including a pool. The immediate surroundings are not very prepossessing, but as an efficient, convenient airport hotel, it is excellent.

Excellent value for the price and we couldn't hear the planes despite being close to airport. Would definetely stay here again

We stayed at the Best Western Toronto Airport on November 17, 2010, the night before our flight to Cancun. The room was well equipped and very clean. Upon our arrival, check - in was efficient and courteous. We were able to park our car ourselves (Park, Stay, Fly). Shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. The price was not much more than parking at the airport for the week.

Very spacious rooms with free WiFi and, though at extra cost, a great breakfast was available. Service was fast and friendly and the business facilities were largely free of charge. All the comments about the shuttle bus are valid. I opted to get a taxi there and was knocked back by the $33 fee from the airport. The shuttle only runs once every hour which to my mind, for an airport hotel, is not enough.

There was too long a wait for shuttle service to be picked up from airport in cold temperature.

If you forget things here you won't see them again. Breakfast is not included and the bar closes early.

The only negative comment would be the lack of parking. I think people in the area use up their spaces.

Good place for the price but you'll need your own wheels if you want to go downtown but still worth the price difference. Staff were very accomodating and friendly.

on the whole a good experience. The bed was comfortable but noisy because it was clearly the frame was old, although the mattress was good.

We had a pleasant overnight stay. It was the perfect place for us. We just needed a bed for the night before catching a flight the next morning. The room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the airport shuttle and the 2 young women on the desk were very courteous. The price was right and the accomodations were fine. Thank you.
