Best Western Premier Amaranth Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel Bangkok

A simple transit hotel was what we were looking for and the Best Western Premier Amaranth fit that bill. Due to its location close to the airport, going from and to the airport, with the hotel's free shuttle was a worry free transit! The room was better than expected and the amenities the hotel provided was perfect! But do keep in mind that since you are staying a bit far from downtown and any other things to do, you will need to know how to spend your time while waiting for that next meal or even for bed!

We stayed at this hotel in between flights to Bangkok and then to Phuket. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes by car from the airport and has a free shuttle (which you must prearrange by email). This worked out great for us. The rooms are great and the breakfast was top-notch. The staff was very nice as well. They did not have a room at our rate with a single bed (due to extra bookings because of the floods in Bangkok) so we got a free upgrade. This hotel is highly recommended.

This is an excellent and very new hotel about 10-15 minutes drive from the airport. The rooms are quite large, well designed and very comfortable. The facilities are good and the service excellent. We had no problems finding the free shuttle from the airport. Very highly recommended.

This hotel is probably your best choice if you are making an overnight stay to transfer from plain to plain in Bangkok. Close to airport, clean room and well equipped. They offer free shuttle bus to airport, staff speaks good english. Room is not fancy but it is good looking and shower is strong and great even though you have to wait around 2-3 min to get hot water flowing.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way through Bangkok. We were travelling as a family and had two rooms. Each room was clean, well appointed and stylish. The staff were very helpful. The hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport which was a 15 minute drive, much easier than going in to Bangkok as we left early the next morning. Good value for money.

An absolutely immaculate, modern and quiet little hotel. I certainly did not mind the short wait for the shuttle or the 10 min. drive. Check in was quick and efficient and I really appreciated the small balcony (the view wasn't so spectacular...). Breakfast selection was on the small scale - but I'm not one for a huge breakfast. All in all - should I ever have such a bad connecting flight again, I would definately chose the Premier Amaranth Hotel again.

If you have a night between flights and are not planning to go into the city, this is perfect! Very good standard, wireless internet in the rooms, free shuttle bus to airport. The restaurant is also very nice. I reccommend it!

I think this is the best hotel if you want a "one nighter" close to the aiport. For that it is great. Nice modern, design throughout. Big rooms, big bed, great staff. Breakfast was limited but I am not one to judge hotels on their breakfast buffets. So long as you can find something good to eat,they are all basically the same. A long way from the city or any tourist attractions but you should not stay here if you looking for anything other than a transit hotel. For that, as I say, it's the best.

To those who want to stay in palace for the price of ordinary hotel. Top notch hotel, very new, plushy, has a/port transfer, thou not very often, once per hour, free I-net near the lobby if U don't have your laptop otherwise Wi-Fi. This splendid establishment has lack of surroundings. It's 20 min drive from a/p and 30-40 to the city, in the middle of nowhere, between warehouses and wasteland, unattractive in one word. However, perfect way to make it fabulous hideaway - relax, nice food, swimming pool, spa as well, small gym, play with your computer ... and fly off refreshed.

Hotel personnel at the airport meeting point is very accomodating. Shuttle is prompt although frequency is every 20-30 mins. Rooms are big, clean and sufficiently appointed. I love the wi-fi strong wi-fi connection in every room. Breakfast is good as well

Modern and nice design plus free shuttle to the airport. I chose this hotel for a one night stopover becuase it is quite close to the airport. And we were definitely not disappointed. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant and a swim in the pool. Comfortable beds, free internet, everything clean and modern. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing to complain about.

Good hotel but I would not call it an airport hotel because it is a 15 min ride to the airport and the hotel shuttle service only runs once an hour.

Hotel itself is very nice. Location is convenient for an airport layover, period. NOTHING to see around, at least a 20min ride to anywhere. Also had 2 issues: VERY loud music from bar next door until 2am (it was close to New Year though) and hotel failed to do my wake up call claiming a failure with the electricity (although the lady at the reception had written it in a manual ledger at check in...). Good thing I always set a back up just in case or I would have missed my flight.

I stayed here twice while waiting for connecting flights. The hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle. Upon check-in, I was greeted graciously by the front desk staff. The room was very serene, clean, and comfortable, with complimentary drinking water. The bathroom was spacious and contained the necessary amenities; the water pressure in the shower was excellent. My only complaint is that the pool closes at 7 P.M.
