This hotel is located at the business district, so it's convenient for a fly in, stay one night, have a meeting, fly out kind of trip. The rooms are clean, comes with a flat screen tv, relatively comfortable beds, the bathroom is clean with new toilet equipment. The lobby is small and not meant for meeting for a coffee. The gym is dated, but the machines are still in good working conditions.
Prior to staying at the Gangnam Best Western Premier, I was at the Grand Hilton Hotel for a few days. The Best Western was by far the better hotel for a really comfortable bed, modern decor, and great location in the middle of Gangnam. The new #9 subway tunnel was only a 5-10 min walk away, and there were so many places to go shopping nearby. Especially liked Kyobo, the largest bookstore in Seoul, which was just across the street from the #9 subway tunnel. The one comment I would make is that the room was pretty small. I'm 5'2, so it was just fine for me.

The service was exceptional and the quality of the breakfast was high. The room service menu could be improved but that is a small thing. I will happily recommend this hotel.
Very good hotel close to the metro station, shopping area and restaurants. I booked a single room which was quite big and comfortable. Fully recommend this hotel.
The room as big and modern. Heating was a problem as there was no air-con so we had to leave our window open but there was alot of traffic noise at night.Reception staff were helpful and could speak english.Location was far from the subway-Approx 10-15min walk.Excellent location for food and shopping.Would recommend this hotel to others and will stay there again.
Small very friendly hotel in the business centre of Seoul, Rooms a bit small, but very clean, the top floor rooms are the best as they have an amazing view on the city, great for a night or two, as it is really a short stay hotel, ideal for a businessman, What I found inconvenient is that the limousine bus to the airport is a short walk away and not in front of the hotel, so if you have three bags, or more it can be inconvenient.

Staff were really helpful and all spoke English. I was genuinely impressed and would stay there again, I was looking for Boutique size with business facilities. I got it. Food was good and internernet is free.
