"The hotel was surprisingly very pleasant (compared to a lot of hotels as reviewed by travellers). New and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom fittings were Grohe, which was again a big surprise for us as we didn't expect that from a Best Western hotel. The room was big and had a sofa area where we could sit and chat and ate tidbits while watching tv. Overall the experience was very good except that on the last day, though we were supposed to check out, the housekeeping maid came into the room in the morning to clean the room. We didn't expect our room to be cleaned on a check out day so left our valuables in the room. This was a surprise to us and we provided feedback to the manager. The manager handled the complaint calmly and took the feedback graciously.
