Best Western Premier Regina Hotel Barcelona

Exceptional service. Will stay again.

The one price breakfast did not suit our group,17euros for cereal and toast was felt to be excessive.Fortunately there were alternatives close by. We felt the staff on reception were Excellent.

Loved this Hotel, great staff, rooms and location.

Made to feel welcome on arrival. Staff very helpfull. Location could not have been better. ( Safe area at the top of La Rambla ) We were driving and the under ground car park was 20 yards from the front of the Hotel. It was a little expensive 31 Euro for 24 hours but it was safe. Next time we go to Barcelona this will be the Hotel for us.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable, although our double room had 2 single beds pushed together. Also, the rooms weren't very soundproofed. The staff were also very unfriendly. They could either not speak English or didn't want to speak English to us which made it quite difficult. Upon checkout they just presented us with the bill and didn't say a word. The hotel is in an excellent location, however, right near the Ramblas.

The hotel is in a prime location just off the Plaza Catalunya. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good with an above average selection. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. The room was extremely clean and the provision of bathrobes was an unexpected surprise. Would stay here again.

Rooms are excellently furbished, like a 5 star hotel. Location is the best! Couple minutes walk to the major attractions and metro, but off the main road so it is not noisy at night with all the traffic going up and down the main road. Friendly service and helpful. Worth the money!

This is a first class hotel at the very heart of the great sights, couldnt ask for better......the staff were so helpful when my girlfriend had her handbag snatched..cant praise them enough.....room was fresh n clean and barman very generous with drinx.....step outside you are on las ramblas...great

The location is great, the staff are very friendly and although it is a busy area the soundproof windows work well. We thought it was good value for the price and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.

Wonderfully spascious room

A really pleasant surprise - very centrally located. It seems to have been redone recently with wooden floors and modern fittings. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, friendly staff, quality hotel.

We had booked a non-smoking room but it became obvious during the first night that we had been allocated a 'smoking' room. The hotel quickly corrected their mistake the next day. Thought the breakfast price of 15 euros raher pricey and made other arrangements for this meal. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been very welcome! Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

First appearances inside the hotel fail to impress but we found all the staff from front desk,chambermaids,and bar/waiters very helpfull, curteous and cheerfull, going out of their way to help.All things considered we will stay here again.

Well the room was ok I guess. I little chili at night if you go during winter. The door on the balcony is not well isolate and drafts came in. The cleaning ladies our very loud!!! The front desk persons gave a good service. So I give a 7/10
