"The facility and service were excellant and I would recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling to or thru Shanghai, China. Everyone is friendly, courteous and helpful. "The service of the staff was very kind, the only big problem that i found was the water system since the water of the shower and faucets had a smell to stain or fouling and drain had tapeworm problems to remove the water from the bathtub which remained by some minutes without going away by the drainage. That problem caused that it changed rooms twice. Finally they gave me a better room by the same price, without drainage problem, but the same odor in the water that the previous rooms. If they eliminate that problem with the water the rest would be very good since the staff is very kind and they serve good food in bufet. " - Diego Gonzalez
