"This would have had to have been one of the best hotels that we have stayed in during our 6 weeks in Europe the people, cleanliness and service was really good and location for Rome was good.

"Very expensive. Not value for money. Staff were very unfriendly. This is the furthest hotel from the airport. The shuttle service is not free! You would be better off spending a little extra and staying somewhere closer to the airport. They don't even have bread in the morning for breakfast. Very poor service. " - Anonymous
"It is not publicized well that Riviera provides the shuttle bus service from Rome international airport to the hotel every 45 minutes in the daytime at 6 Euro each way. The pick-up site in the airport is confusing. It is in the bus shuttle area across to the airport C terminal international arrival. The taxi in the late evening or early morning may charge you 25 Euro each way." - Anonymous
